1. What Live Baltic is

Live Baltic is a property discovery platform. We aggregate and display listings published by third-party portals, agencies and private owners across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. We are not an estate agent, broker, lender or party to any transaction.

2. Accuracy of listings

Listing content originates with the source that published it. Prices, sizes, photos, availability and contact details may be out of date or incorrect. Anything labelled an estimate — including price-per-square-metre comparisons, neighbourhood averages and renovation concepts — is indicative only and must not be relied on as a valuation. Always verify details directly with the agent or owner before committing to anything.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for your password.
• You may only claim listings you genuinely represent.
• Verification badges are granted at our discretion after review and may be withdrawn.
• We may suspend accounts that submit false information or misuse the platform.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror or bulk-extract content from Live Baltic without written permission.
• Use contact details found on the platform for unsolicited marketing.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Upload unlawful, misleading or infringing content.

5. Intellectual property

The Live Baltic name, design and software belong to us. Listing text and photographs remain the property of their original publishers and are displayed for the purpose of referring interested buyers back to the source. Rights holders can request removal via the listing sources page.

6. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on listing data, estimates, availability of the service, or dealings between you and any agent, owner or third party.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
