Live Baltic does not create listings. Everything you see is aggregated from public property portals, agency feeds and owners who have claimed their properties. This page explains where it comes from.

How often data refreshes

Listings are re-checked periodically. A property may remain visible briefly after it is sold or withdrawn at the source. Always confirm availability with the agent or owner shown on the listing.

Photographs

Images are cached so that pages load reliably, and remain the copyright of the original publisher or photographer. Every listing links back to its source.

Corrections and removals

Rights holders, agents and owners can ask for a listing to be corrected or removed. Email listings@livebaltic.com with the listing link and what needs to change. Agencies who would rather manage their own inventory can read the agencies page.
