Submit a phone number, email, business address and proof of identity. Documents are stored privately and reviewed by our team.

Verified accounts carry a badge on every listing and rank higher in trust signals shown to buyers.
What verification asks for
- A working phone number and email we can reach you on.
- A business or registered address.
- Proof of identity and proof of address.
Documents go into private storage, are visible only to our review team, and are never shown on public listing pages.
Pricing
Claiming listings and verification are free. Paid placements are limited to clearly labelled sponsored slots — we do not sell ranking in ordinary search results.
Removing a listing
If a property has sold or you would rather it were not aggregated, email listings@livebaltic.com with the link and we will remove it.
