What we collect

• Account data — email address and, if you create one, profile details such as name, agency and phone number.
• Verification documents — if you request a verified badge, the phone number, email, address and identity documents you submit.
• Saved properties — kept on your device until you sign in, then stored against your account.
• Usage data — pages and listings viewed, searches and filters used, in aggregate form, so we can improve the product.

Why we use it

• To run your account and let you save and manage listings.
• To review verification requests and prevent impersonation.
• To understand which cities, filters and listings are useful.
• To keep the platform secure and to comply with legal obligations.

Verification documents

Identity and address documents are held in private storage, accessible only to the reviewers who process your request. They are never displayed publicly, never shared with other users and are deleted once they are no longer needed for the review or for our record-keeping obligations.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run the platform on our behalf — hosting, database and authentication, and analytics — and where the law requires it. When you contact an agent or owner through details on a listing, that conversation happens directly between you and them.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and analytics to count pageviews, searches and listing interactions. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the product.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is open. Verification documents are kept only as long as needed for review and compliance. Aggregated usage statistics may be retained indefinitely because they no longer identify you.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data. Write to privacy@livebaltic.com and we will respond within one month.

Contact details shown on a listing are those published by the source. If you are an agent or owner and want your details removed, email listings@livebaltic.com.
