Live Baltic collects listings from across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, cleans them up, places them on a map you can actually read, and presents them the same way everywhere — so you can compare a flat in Kaunas with one in Tallinn without translating three different websites in your head.

Why we built it
Baltic property lives on a dozen portals, in three languages, with different units, different photos and different ideas of what a neighbourhood is. Buyers end up with fifteen browser tabs. We wanted one surface where the data looks the same regardless of where it came from.
How it works
- We aggregate public listings from established Baltic portals and agencies.
- Every listing is normalised: price, size, rooms, condition, location.
- Listings are placed inside real neighbourhood boundaries taken from OpenStreetMap, not approximate circles.
- Insights such as price per square metre against the neighbourhood average are estimates, clearly marked as such.
What we are not
We are not an agency and we do not broker deals. Enquiries go directly to the agent or owner behind each listing. We take no commission on a sale.
